This is a twist on bagels with cream cheese and lox. I made the crispy bread out of pizza dough. Made a sour cream and cream cheese mixture, Lox, chives, tomatoes, and peppers and salt. Tip: sprinkle a little salt on the tomatoes...it helps to bring out the richness of its taste.
